Job summary

Heineken UK is seeking a Reliability Engineer to define and implement best-in-class maintenance strategies across our packaging lines. You will support assets to ensure production plans are met, drive performance and reliability, and lead maintenance improvements in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires engineering qualifications (apprenticeship/HNC/HND/degree) and experience with high-speed packaging machinery, along with knowledge of FMECA/RCM and LEAN/TPM methods.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification (apprenticeship, HNC/HND or degree) required.
• Experience with high-speed packaging machinery (FMCG) preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance techniques (FMECA, RCM).
• Proven experience with LEAN/TPM/Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset maintenance plans to meet performance targets and compliance standards.
• Lead ABB/AM teams to optimize maintenance plans and standardize processes.
• Support TPM AM teams and coach operators and technicians.
• Drive reliability improvements and lower maintenance costs.
• Lead investment proposals to enhance reliability and compliance.
• Provide technical support and coaching to shift maintenance staff.
• Ensure maintenance standards (HACS) are executed on time and with quality.
