Job summary

Finsbury Food Group is recruiting a Reliability Engineer for our Sheffield site to join an active engineering team. You will carry out planned maintenance and improvements across the production plant, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency of the bakery processes.

You will conduct inspections, utilise the Mainsaver CMMS to track activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in equipment reliability and waste reduction. A manufacturing/FMCG background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant maintenance in manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong attention to detail in maintenance and inspection tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a skilled engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance activities, repairs and improvements across production plant, equipment and buildings.
• Ensure inspections (panel, lighting, flour line components, etc.) are completed accurately and documented.
• Support reliable and efficient production by reducing downtime and waste.
