Job summary

Müller Market Drayton is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join the Engineering team in the Filling Department. You will maintain and improve high-speed production equipment, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety across filling operations.

The role requires multi-skilled engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration across departments. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer in fast-moving manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• HNC or apprenticeship training with high-speed machinery experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant, equipment and site services for safe, reliable operations.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and support maintenance improvements.
• Diagnose and repair faults to minimise downtime and record asset information in CMMS.
