Job summary
Müller Market Drayton is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering team within the Filling Department. This role focuses on maintaining and improving production equipment to deliver reliable, efficient and safe operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
You will work as part of a skilled team, carry out preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a maintenance/reliability engineer in fast-moving manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- HNC qualification or equivalent apprenticeship.
- Experience with high-speed manufacturing machinery and pumps/valves.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve plant, equipment and site services to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operations
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities and support improvements to maintenance practices
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
- Record accurate maintenance and asset information within the CMMS
- Work with OEMs and suppliers to obtain technical support and source parts
