Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Release Manager to coordinate technology change across multiple platforms. You will join the Quality Engineering Centre of Excellence, leading release planning, governance and risk management, while ensuring Go-Live readiness and a controlled delivery cycle.

You’ll work with engineering, delivery and operations teams, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving improvements to release quality, efficiency and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software releases within a complex technology environment.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile environments and DevOps practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead release planning, governance, risk management and implementation activities.
• Coordinate release activities across multiple teams and projects.
• Support deployment activities and oversee Go-Live events.
• Identify opportunities to improve release processes and promote continuous improvement.
