Are you an experienced recruitment resourcer looking for a fresh challenge? We're seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and positive individual who excels at communicating with contractors. If this sounds like you, we have the perfect opportunity!

About Us:

Exceed Contracting provides umbrella and payroll services to temps working through recruitment agencies. We're passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our contractors.

Your Role:

As a Relationship Officer, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of contractors. From their initial signup to their ongoing relationship with Exceed, right through to issuing their P45, you'll provide dedicated support and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with New Contractors:

  • Contacting potential new temps/contractors referred by our recruitment partners.
  • Providing sales illustrations and answering pre-sale queries.
  • Processing applications and verifying right-to-work documentation

Supporting Existing Contractors:

  • Handling inbound queries via phone, SMS, email, and online chat.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors.
  • Conducting periodic service reviews and ensuring customer retention.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Managing general administrative duties to support the team.

What You Won't Be Doing:

  • Cold calling – all leads are warm!
  • Working on a dialler system.
  • Treating customers as just numbers.
  • Sitting in a bland corporate office – we value the personal touch.
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude – we love team members who light up the office.
  • A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • An engaging phone manner with a clear and friendly voice.
  • Excellent written English skills – good spelling and grammar are essential!
  • Diligence and proactivity are key to succeeding in this role.
  • Experience in an umbrella company or recruitment agency is advantageous, but customer service or B2C sales experience will also be considered.
  • Right to work full time in the UK is essential.
