Customer Relationship Associate
Position: Customer Relationship Associate
Location: Minimum 3 days per week in our Sheffield support centre (17 Europa View, Sheffield Business Park, S9 1XH)
Contract type:40 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday but must be flexible
Rate:£28,672 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and growing provider, as our Customer Relationship Associate!
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll take responsibility for promoting and communicating Exemplar Health Care’s service offering. This will include keeping our existing key contacts up to date with bed vacancies and exploring new contacts within ICB’s, Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning groups etc.
We have an exciting and ambitious growth plan that aims to greatly expand our existing portfolio of homes over the coming years. We are therefore looking to further enhance our established Business Development/Customer Relationship function with the addition of this new role.

About the role
As a Customer Relationship Associate with Exemplar Health Care, you’lltake responsibility for the promotion and communication of our service offering within our homes.
The role is varied, but as a general guide your responsibilities will involve the following.
As a Customer Relationship Associate, you’ll:
follow up on targeted marketing activity, generate interest in our homes, qualify leads and potentially schedule follow up appointments for other members of the team
research and identify potential referrers that have service users on their case load who could benefit from our services
initiate outbound calls to possible referrers to introduce Exemplar Health Care and generate interest
clearly and effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of the services our homes offer
schedule appointments or demonstrations for interested referrers to further discuss or visit our services
update and maintain accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information
coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and strategic contracts
ensure a continuous pipeline of referrals that will ensure occupancy budgets are achieved
raise Exemplar Health Care’s profile and promote our services with commissioners in ICBs and local authorities that fund the care of adults with complex needs.
