Job description

Relationship Manager- Invoice Finance- South East

Our client, one of the leading providers of financial services to businesses in the UK, seeks a Relationship Manager to join their Invoice Finance team in the South East.

In this home-based role reporting into a regional office in Essex, the role will require you to effectively manage a portfolio of clients through periodic reviews, analysis of Management Information and compliance with client operating conditions.

Furthermore, you will be required to effectively manage Risk whilst delivering excellent customer service to all clients and prospect clients, building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and review documentation to fulfil operating conditions and gain complete understanding of clients' risk profile.
  • Identify and maintain appropriate exit strategies for each client.
  • Proactively manage the client relationship.
  • Ensure an excellent onboarding experience.
  • Develop and maintain your own network of business connections.
  • Manage risk and deliver excellent client service via liaising with internal teams.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing a portfolio of clients, including Risk management in a financial services environment.

In addition, you should be self-motivated, well-organised, and possess competent IT skills/familiarity with CRM and risk management systems.
