HRS Healthcare Ltd is recruiting a Relationship Manager to join a well-established, growing complex care provider in the Southeast. The role focuses on strategic business development and building strong relationships within healthcare, with a path to becoming the go-to provider for clients.

You will identify decision-makers, tell our client’s success stories, and coordinate with internal teams to package new care solutions. Expect travel to events and potential overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Identify and directly approach key decision makers (ICBs, case managers, solicitors, local authorities).
• Build relationships and communicate the service offer with success stories and high service standards.
• Develop relationships so the client becomes their go-to provider.
• Liaise with recruitment, coordination, and nurse management to plan care packages.
• Project-manage new business from inception to delivery.
• Attend industry events and company events, including overnight stays.

About the role

• The rolewill involve identifying and directly approaching key decision makers(ICBs, case managers, solicitors, local authorities).
• Buildingrelationships and telling the story of what service our client offers, talking about success stories and the high level of service and training onoffer.
• Todevelop these relationships so that our client becomes their 'go toprovider'.
• Liaise internallywith the various departments, recruitment, coordination team and nursemanagement to discuss new packages of care in order to put together a planof action.
• Projectmanage new business through to delivery.
• Attendevents throughout the year (industry related, company events andnetworking opportunities) which will involve over night stays.

• Ourclient will offer you a salary of £55,000 plus commission / bonus and company car on completion of probation period.
