Job summary

Anglian Water is hiring a Technical Solutions Manager to lead the reservoirs programme from construction to operation, ensuring safe, compliant water supply. You will shape technical solutions across asset lifecycles and report to the Technical Solutions directorate.

You will drive governance, risk management and cross-disciplinary collaboration, delivering on cost, schedule and quality while guiding teams and stakeholders to secure resilient drinking water supplies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects or programmes.
• Delivery-focused mindset with ability to translate strategy into plans.
• Leadership experience, building effective teams and accountability.
• Knowledge of water infrastructure or utilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy, structures and processes to fill, commission and bring reservoirs into water supply.
• Lead water quality and water resources workstreams with clear direction.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into practical plans and budgets.
• Manage delivery against scope, cost, schedule, quality and safety targets.
• Ensure licensing, safety planning and readiness are integrated into decisions.
• Establish governance and risk management across workstreams.
• Coordinate alignment between specialists, operators, partners and regulators.
• Provide reporting and assurance to senior leadership and drive improvements.
