Cynergy Bank's Cynergy Business Finance unit is seeking a Relationship Executive in Manchester to own day-to-day client relationships within Asset Based Lending, balancing service delivery with risk oversight. Based in our Manchester office with four days in the office and one day from home, you will manage a portfolio, coordinate payments and onboarding, and provide proactive client support.

Qualifications

• Established hands-on experience within Asset Based Lending.
• Strong risk management judgement to identify and escalate issues.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building and communication.
• Experience supporting onboarding and ongoing client facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client relationships and facilities.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact delivering high service standards.
• Oversee client ledgers, payments, and monthly MIS.
• Proactively address month-end issues and AML risks.
• Support onboarding of new clients and maintain records.
