Job summary

NFP PEOPLE in Milton Keynes is seeking a Relationship Executive for Supporter Engagement & Legacy Giving to build genuine relationships with supporters and communicate the impact of their generosity. This permanent, hybrid role is 36.5 hours per week, including one evening per week and a monthly Saturday after an initial period.

Previous legacy fundraising is not required; transferable customer service or relationship experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking with people and building relationships.
• Comfortable working towards targets and managing conversations with sensitivity.
• Willingness to learn about legacy giving and charity impact.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing supporters and have warm conversations.
• Build trusted relationships and understand supporter motivations.
• Explain legacy giving and impact of gifts in wills.
• Follow up campaigns and events by telephone, sharing inspiring stories.
• Provide excellent supporter care via calls, emails, and letters.
• Work toward set targets for calls, engagement and fundraising outcomes.
• Maintain CRM records and manage your own workload.
• Occasionally support events around the UK and meet supporters face-to-face.
