YTL UK is seeking an Reinstatement Operative based in Poole to perform permanent reinstatement of excavations in highways, footways and other hard paved areas. You will work in a two-person team, handling asphalt and white top work and manhole frame/ cover repairs.

The role requires operating small plant and holding a valid driving licence; night shifts and weekends are expected. NRSWA accreditation and appropriate licences are preferred, with training and career progression available.

Qualifikationen

• Full clean driving licence is essential.
• 7.5t or 18t licence preferred.
• NRSWA streetworks accreditation preferred.
• Experience in blacktop reinstatement.

Reporting to the Area Reinstatement Controller, you will be responsible for the permanent reinstatement of excavations in highways, footways and other hard paved areas.

What you'll do

As one of our Reinstatement Operatives based in Poole, you will work in a two-person team, carrying out small and large reinstatements for other parts of the business.

This will include asphalt and white top work in footways and carriageways, along with repairing and replacing manhole frames and covers.

Working some weekends and night shifts will also be required.

What you'll need

The ability to operate small plant, eg, pedestrian rollers, disc cutters, trench rammers and plate compactors.

You should also have knowledge of material specifications and laying procedures, as well as some experience in blacktop reinstatement.

A full clean driving licence is essential, and a 7.5t or 18t licence, along with an NRSWA streetworks accreditation, is preferred.
