Job summary

Lanes Group is a leading utility services provider recruiting a Reinstatement Manager to lead reinstatement teams and deliver efficient, compliant work on-site for UU contracts. You will organise labour, manage subcontractors and plant, and coach teams to meet KPIs, with safety and compliance at the forefront.

The role requires experience in a similar position, a valid Street Works card, a full UK driving licence, strong IT literacy and excellent communication at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Street works card required.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• IT literate and a confident communicator at all levels.
• Strong work ethic essential.

Responsibilities

• Operational responsibility for reinstatement teams and in-day activities.
• Organise labour cost-effectively, including recruitment, wages and absence management.
• Manage subcontractors, materials and plant.
• Conduct monthly team briefings with teams.
• Coach and develop staff to reach their potential; ensure a fair culture.
• Assist in achieving KPIs and attend client and council meetings.
• Conduct audits and coach teams to ensure the right behaviours.
• Liaise with Support Services and Streetworks to manage liabilities.
• Act as Health & Safety Representative and conduct inspections / report incidents.
• Cover all reinstatement aspects including black top and white top.
