Nuffield Health Newcastle Hospital in Gosforth (Newcastle) is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Specialist to lead and deliver our rehabilitation programmes, combining remote and in-person sessions with wellbeing support and goal setting.

You will run 12-week programmes, promote self-directed activity, recalibrate exercises by progress, and provide weekly coaching calls to empower participants. Level 3 PT qualification is essential; a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes for varying abilities.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and journals.
• Recalibrate exercises based on progress in effort and performance.
• Identify deterioration and escalate as needed with timely reporting and data capture.
• Conduct weekly 1-to-1 calls to coach goals and provide emotional wellbeing support.
