Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist for Gosforth (Newcastle). The role delivers rehabilitation programmes via the charity pathway, including live and streamed classes and 1to1 coaching to help participants progress and self-manage.

You will coordinate 12‑week plans, support emotional wellbeing, and work onsite with our team to achieve the charity’s goals. A Level 3 PT qualification is essential, with preferred sports rehabilitation background.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable adults.
• Level 3 Personal trainer qualification is essential for the role.
• BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run rolling 12‑week rehabilitation programmes.
• Deliver live stream and in‑person group exercise classes.
• Promote self‑directed activity using on‑demand classes and journals.
• Re-calibrate exercises based on progress.
• Report progress and outcomes within required timelines.
• Offer weekly 1to1 coaching calls focusing on goals and wellbeing.
