East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join the Trauma & Orthopaedic team at Conquest Hospital. You will support patients under supervision, promoting independence and active recovery, collaborating with Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy colleagues within a large multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Assist registered practitioners in supporting patients with a rehabilitation programme, promoting independence and supporting active recovery.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing therapeutic care as delegated by the registered practitioner(s).
• Work closely with patients and their families/carers under distant supervision of the registered practitioners providing accurate feedback to the appropriate practitioner(s).
