East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in East Sussex is hiring a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join an integrated community rehabilitation team covering the Lewes and Eastbourne Hailsham Seaford area. You will help non-complex clients with rehabilitation at home and support timely discharge from hospital.

The role offers part-time hours (30 hours and 26 hours per week), CPD, supervision, and access to NHS pension; you will work in a 7-day service with an inter-professional team to promote
