Case Management Cymru Ltd in Porthcawl is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to help a 38-year-old lady with a brain injury live independently at home. You will assist with cooking, house management, shopping and community activities, facilitating rehabilitation and daily living tasks.

The role requires a valid driving licence and access to a car, a warm, patient and team-oriented approach, and flexibility to cover days, nights and weekends. DBS and full induction are provided.

Competenze

• Be able to drive and have use of a car.
• Drive the family vehicle.
• Have experience of supporting a person with a brain injury.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Support with cooking, house management, and arranging community activities.
• Assist with rehabilitation tasks and daily living activities as prescribed by therapists.
• Be flexible to cover short notice sickness and holiday absences.
