Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care Doncaster is recruiting a Rehabilitation Support Worker to assist a young gentleman at home with ABI, epilepsy and non-verbal communication. You will help with personal care, monitor wellbeing, and respond to support needs, supporting daily activities, school runs, and social outings. Shifts are typically 12 hours day or night.

Experience with complex needs is desirable, but full training is provided. Weekly pay, paid training, and dedicated local assignments are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, epilepsy, and non-verbal communication is desirable, though full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Monitor wellbeing and respond to changing support needs.
• Support with school runs, activities and social outings.
• Provide day and night care to ensure continuous, person-centred support.
