Sirona care & health CIC in Thornbury is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join Henderson Rehabilitation Unit. You will support service users recently discharged from acute hospitals and assist with assessment and rehabilitation, under supervision of senior therapists.
The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, currently 8:30 to 4:30, with flexible working and potential weekend cover. NHS benefits and Agenda for Change salary are included.

We are looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join Henderson our 19 bedded rehabilitation Unit in Thornbury. You will benefit from the expertise of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
In post, you will be supporting the therapy team through managing our service users who have been recently discharged from an acute hospital setting and are undertaking a period of assessment and rehabilitation.
