Voyage Care is recruiting a Rehabilitation Support Worker for our Norris Green, Liverpool service. This role involves supporting adults with brain injury to gain independence, including personal care, activities, and community access.

Shifts include a variety of times, with a focus on dignity and growth. As a hands-on team member, you’ll follow Positive Behaviour Support plans, maintain reflective practice, and contribute to a caring, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred care and supporting adults with complex needs.
• Ability to follow care plans and support Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
• Excellent communication, empathy and teamwork.

Job description

Rehabilitation Support Worker – Norris Green, Liverpool - 35 hours per week

£13.04 per hour up to £14.54 per hour with overtime and nights/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Typical Shifts are Monday to Sunday: 8:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 10:00pm and 10:00pm - 8:00am

Night Shifts - 10:00pm - 8:00am, are required mainly for cover in emergency & sickness.

Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) Adult Residential Service in Norris Green, Liverpool, is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
