Voyage Care in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker for our ABI service, Knot House. This 35-hour contract includes a rota of 8:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm, and 10:00pm–8:00am; flexibility across Monday to Sunday is required.
You will support individuals recovering from injury, illness or disability to regain independence and engage in person-centred care and rehabilitation in a supportive team.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on, and reliable Rehabilitation Support Worker with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. In this role, you will support individuals recovering from injury, illness, or disability to regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and clients to deliver person‑centred care and rehabilitation support, you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, at our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service, Knot House in Ellesmere Port, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local restaurants or attending appointments, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
