Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Programme Facilitator to deliver a range of rehabilitation interventions for people on probation. You will deliver group and one-to-one sessions across a large region, with travel from your base and evening work as required. The role supports reducing re-offending and promoting pro-social outcomes.

You will work within the Interventions Team, report to the Programme Manager, and participate in a training programme with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Deliver group and one-to-one sessions
• Deliver Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions
• Evening and weekend working as required

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress, risk and wellbeing throughout the intervention
• Keep accurate records and share insights with relevant teams
• Work closely with courts and criminal justice agencies to support sentence management
• Provide workshops and briefings to probation staff and external stakeholders
• Use pro-social modelling to reinforce positive behaviours
