Job summary

Ministry of Justice in the UK is seeking a Programme Facilitator to deliver Accredited Programmes within the Probation Service across the South Central region, including Basingstoke. You will plan, run and debrief a range of sessions, adapting to diverse participant needs and maintaining high-quality input.

The role requires flexible hours (evenings/weekends) and collaboration with Probation Practitioners. Full training is provided, with a pro-rata starting salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deliver accredited group-work programmes and structured interventions.
• Plan, deliver and debrief sessions to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Train in delivery of groupwork programmes as outlined in manuals.
• Deliver programme sessions to groups or individuals.
• Monitor participant progress and record feedback.
• Work as a team to meet performance targets.
• Assess risk and treatment targets with managers.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions.
• Liaise with Probation Practitioners and partner agencies.
• Protect children and vulnerable adults per safeguarding policies.
• Occasionally work up to 3 unsociable sessions weekly.
• Deliver groups across venues in the South Central Region.
