Job summary

The Probation Service is seeking a Programme Facilitator to deliver evidence-based Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions aimed at reducing re-offending and protecting the public. The role covers a large regional area with travel required and reports to the Programme Manager.

You will work within the Interventions Team, delivering across diverse caseloads with no line management responsibilities, and a pattern that includes evenings and weekends as part of unsocial hours payments.

• Deliver rehabilitation interventions across a large regional area with travel required.
• Work with a range of offence types and risk levels as determined by sentences of the Courts.
• Report to the Programme Manager and be based regionally within the Interventions Team.
• There is a requirement to regularly work unsocial hours (including evenings and weekends).
