Job summary

Nuffield Health in Surbiton is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver rehabilitation programmes through the UK’s largest healthcare charity. The role combines remote and in-person facilitation of exercise, wellbeing support, healthy eating, and goal setting to aid participants' recovery within our 12-week pathway.

You will lead rolling 12-week programmes, run live-stream and on-site classes for varied abilities, promote self-directed activity, and conduct weekly 1-to-1 coaching calls,

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is essential.
• Experience in rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Good English and numeracy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run rolling 12-week rehabilitation programmes.
• Deliver live stream and in-person group exercise classes for varied abilities.
• Promote self-directed activity using on-demand classes and a journal.
• Calibrate exercises and intensities based on progress.
• Identify deterioration and follow escalation processes with accurate reporting.
• Offer weekly 1-to-1 coaching calls focusing on goals and wellbeing.
