Job summary

Optalis, on behalf of Wokingham Borough Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, is recruiting a Rehabilitation Care Assistant for 1:1 home visits to support recovery after illness or hospital stay. You will assist with personal care, help with daily tasks and follow therapists' rehabilitation plans, working mornings and afternoons with no night shifts.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, plus an Enhanced DBS check.

• Visit customers in their own homes across the borough.
• Work a rota of morning and afternoon shifts with no nights.
