We are recruiting both experienced and new-to-care Rehabilitation Assistants in The Forest of Dean.
As a Health Care Support Worker, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, delivering clinical and personal care. You will ensure service users' needs are met and help maintain high standards of care.
If you are new to care and have no healthcare experience, we offer a structured development plan, including achieving the Care Certificate. Progression from pay band 2 to pay band 3 is available upon certification.
The service operates 24/7. All Rehabilitation Assistant roles have core hours from 07:00 to 22:00.
This role covers hours from 17:00 to 22:00 on a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern.
Applicants must have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes, as the role involves locality-based visits.
