Role Summary
About the Role
The Community Rehabilitation team based within the Crediton, Moretonhampstead, Okehampton cluster seeks a proactive and forward-thinking Band 3 Rehabilitation Support Worker to join its expanding team. This vacancy has arisen due to the previous post-holder progressing to an OT Apprenticeship. This role offers a potential stepping stone for career development.
The successful candidate will work with patients with various conditions, including stroke, falls, long-term conditions such as Parkinson's Disease or Multiple Sclerosis, post-surgery recovery, and frailty.
Applicants should have completed training at Diploma Level 3 or higher in a relevant field. We support professional growth through regular training and supervision.
Essential skills include good IT and communication abilities, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Working hours: The role supports a 7-day service, including shifts across the week to cover all aspects of daily living. Specific shift patterns are to be confirmed.
