Oxford Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the therapy team at Abingdon Community Hospital. The role supports physical rehabilitation within the Oxfordshire Pathway and requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will work with the multidisciplinary team, help deliver prescribed treatment programmes, and may be asked to cover other community hospital sites. A DBS check will be undertaken at onboarding, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with health needs.
• Experience delivering care to individuals or groups.
• Good written and spoken English; NVQ3 or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of prescribed rehabilitation programmes under supervision.
• Liaise with inter-disciplinary team, patients, carers and relatives.
• Participate in hands-on delivery of patient care.
• Help provide high quality, efficient intensive rehabilitation service for adults.
• Empower clients to manage conditions and return to daily activities.
