Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, finance or law.
• Seven years postgraduate experience with three at a senior level in financial services.
• Strong leadership, people management and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team in on-site and off-site supervision activities.
• Conduct risk-based analyses to set annual supervisory plans and requirements.
• Monitor remediation progress of licensed entities to resolve issues.
• Help develop regulatory policy for the financial services industry.
• Apply risk-based models to allocate supervisory resources.
• Ensure the team achieves objectives for regulated entities.
• Prioritize staff management, performance development and training.
• Liaise with domestic industry bodies and international regulators.
• Represent the organization on committees and external seminars.
