I am working with a national law firm who are looking for someone with that magical Ready Brek glow to appoint a Regulatory Partner into the Birmingham team. On offer is a salary that will attract individuals who are motivated to build a department from a standing start and create a highly profitable department. You can write your business plan and will be given complete autonomy to deliver it.
• An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Partner to join this leading commercial law firm in Birmingham.
• The regulatory team covers all types of matters including but not limited to health and safety regulations, environmental matters, and data protection issues.
• The successful Regulatory Partner will be well placed to provide advice on all of the above matters and more to a varied client base.
• Ideal Regulatory Partners will have some experience of dealing with licensing issues, product liability, and inquests.
• You, as the appointed Regulatory Partner, will be expected to manage your own caseload of matters and deal with the day-to-day responsibilities that come along with the partnership status.
• As the newly appointed Regulatory Partner, you will have gained exposure to some licensing work as well as Health and Safety matters, environmental and trade matters, and inquests.
• As a Regulatory Partner within the Midlands market, you will be a highly driven and focused individual with an excellent track record of winning work and business development. You will have a proven network of contacts who are able to instruct you on future matters.
