The role:
We are seeking a solicitor in our Regulatory Department. You will act for a range of commercial and professional clients, advising on investigations and professional misconduct proceedings; regulatory enforcement and appeals against decisions; and, criminal investigations and prosecutions. The Department deals with a mixture of privately-funded and insurance-funded work.

About You:
While experience of regulatory law is preferable, it isn't essential. We’d be happy to chat with you if you are qualified and have a background in either criminal or commercial law and are keen to specialise in this area of law. You will have great attention to detail, thrive on a challenge and are client focused.
