Job summary

Vincere in Birmingham is seeking a Regulatory Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join a large, national regulatory team. The role focuses on inquests for police, insurers and healthcare clients, and is predominantly advocacy with regular court appearances.

You will manage your own caseload, prepare submissions, and represent clients at inquests with support from a wider team. Hybrid working is available; salary £60,000–£85,000 depending on experience.

Regulatory Solicitor

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £60,000 to £85,000 (depending on experience)

Experience: 3+ years’ PQE

Our client is looking to hire a Regulatory Solicitor into a large, well-regarded national regulatory team, based in Birmingham. This is a great move for someone who genuinely enjoys advocacy and wants a role where you are regularly on your feet, running inquest matters for a broad client base.

The focus is inquests for police and other emergency services, insurers and healthcare clients. If you have solid inquest experience and want to build your advocacy profile further, this is well worth a conversation.

This is predominantly an advocacy role, with regular attendance at court. You will take ownership of your own caseload, prepare matters thoroughly, and represent clients at inquests, supported by a wider national team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising clients and preparing inquest cases for court
