Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP in London seeks a solicitor to join its Regulatory Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) team. You will work on busy regulatory matters, advising clients facing investigations by bodies such as HSE, Police and Local Authorities.

The role involves client contact, business development and collaboration across practice groups in a large international firm. The successful candidate will typically have 2+ years PQE in regulatory environments, strong drafting skills and a willingness

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in regulatory/commercial environment
• Experience advising on regulatory investigations and prosecutions beneficial
• Experience with interviews under caution, inquests, and regulatory compliance desirable
• Strong drafting, analytical and budgeting skills

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, high-quality service to clients on regulatory matters
• Act as a point of contact for clients and support client protocols
• Assist with business development, pitches, presentations and training events
• Ensure quality control and timely management reporting on own caseload
• Develop internal networks and stay updated on other practice areas
• Attend training to maintain and enhance technical knowledge
