Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP seeks a Solicitor/Associate for Regulatory SHE to join our national team. You will handle a busy caseload of regulatory issues, advise on HSE and policing matters, and contribute to business development while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work within a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and involvement in ESG initiatives across the firm.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE in regulatory/commercial environment.
• Experience advising on regulatory work including HSE/Police investigations, prosecutions, inquests.
• Experience in business development and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, high-quality regulatory advice to clients.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, following client protocols and ensuring knowledge and skill alignment.
• Assist with business development activities including pitches, presentations and training events.
• Maintain file management, billing, WIP and management information accurately.
• Develop technical knowledge through training and publications, and stay aligned with firm’s standards.
• Collaborate with other practice areas and expand internal networks.
