Chadwick Nott is recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Business Risk & Regulation team in Bristol. The role involves advising on regulatory matters across health & safety, investigations, risk management and related disciplines, with strong client contact and opportunities to develop the firm's profile.

You will work alongside leading practitioners, handle a diverse caseload, and play an active role in business development from day one within a nationally recognised

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
• Experience handling regulatory, compliance, investigations or risk management matters.
• Experience in health & safety, environmental, regulatory investigations, public inquiries, healthcare regulation or related disciplines.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about business development and building professional networks.

Responsabilités

• Advise businesses, public sector organisations and other clients on complex regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with regulatory specialists and manage a busy caseload.
• Contribute to business development and help grow the team's reputation in the market.
• Deliver high-quality client service with clear, actionable drafting and advice.
• Support investigations, investigations or risk management mandates as part of the practice volume.
