Job summary

Chadwick Nott in Bristol is seeking an Associate to join its Health & Care Regulatory team. The role involves Court of Protection litigation, education and children's law issues, patient safety and safeguarding, and advocacy at hearings, with hybrid working.

You will supervise juniors, contribute to client care and business development, and bring 4+ years PQE with strong technical skills and a practical commercial approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE, with evidence of progression and responsibility.
• Experience in Court of Protection, education or children's law.
• Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy team.
• Proactive mindset with client-care and business development focus.

Responsibilities

• Court of Protection litigation and related health & care matters.
• Advocacy at hearings, Tribunals and the family court.
• Handling education matters including SEND and children’s law issues.
• Supervising junior colleagues and contributing to the team’s development.
• Active involvement in client care and business development.
