Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.

• Experience in health & safety, environmental, regulatory investigations, public inquiries, healthcare regulation or related disciplines.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise businesses, public sector organisations and other clients on complex regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with regulatory specialists and manage a busy caseload.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join their leading Business Risk & Regulation team in Bristol.

Working closely with recognised regulatory specialists, you'll advise businesses, public sector organisations and other clients on a broad range of complex and often high‑profile regulatory matters. The role offers excellent client exposure, high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your profile within a nationally recognised practice.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Health & safety and fire safety matters
• Regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
• Crisis management and risk advisory work
• Environmental and ESG issues
• Consumer protection and product regulation
• Healthcare regulation
• Anti-bribery, corruption and AML matters
• Inquests and public inquiries
• Information, immigration and financial services regulation

You’ll also play an active role in business development, networking and helping to further grow the team's reputation in the market.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
