You will manage a varied caseload, advise on complex issues, and contribute to the development of Legal Services through knowledge sharing and improvements to processes. Reading supports hybrid working.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor, barrister or Fellow of CILEX with practising certificate and entitlement to practise in England.
• Experience in providing legal advice, ideally within local government, regulatory or prosecutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to identify risks and solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear, practical, timely legal advice on Regulatory and Prosecutions matters.
• Advise officers and stakeholders on complex and sensitive legal issues.
• Manage caseload proactively and meet deadlines; undertake advocacy where appropriate.
