Qualifications

• Basic Criminal Record Check required.
• Reasonable account of significant time living abroad in past 3 years.
• Prepared to start work with necessary legal documents, including visa; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of general regulatory litigation matters.
• Work cross-cutting with Litigation team on civil claims and related proceedings.
• Review case files, evaluate evidence, analyse witness statements, draft court docs.
• Attend court proceedings, conduct advocacy, and brief counsel when required.
• Collaborate with Safer Communities, Public Health and Communities teams.
• Liaise with external agencies and partners under SLAs.
