Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as legal assessor to disciplinary/regulatory panels
• Proven ability to digest large quantities of material and identify issues
• Excellent people skills to support unrepresented and vulnerable parties including matters involving sexual misconduct
• Proficiency with MS Word templates
• Understanding of data security and secure data transmission
• Able to commit to 120 days per year in hearings
• Able to cover virtual/remote and in-person hearings in London, Coventry and Wales
• Eligibility for practising certificate or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to regulatory panels and assist with drafting decisions
• Support hearings with legal analysis and issue identification
• Assist vulnerable and unrepresented parties during disciplinary proceedings
• Attend hearings both virtually and in-person as needed
• Ensure secure transmission and handling of sensitive information
