Job summary

Blake Morgan is seeking qualified lawyers to join its Regulatory team as Case Managers to lead regulatory casework including investigations and hearings preparation. Roles may be based in London, Cardiff, Reading or Southampton, with flexible and agile working and current pattern of two days in the office.

You will manage casework for a range of clients, oversee investigations, interview witnesses, draft statements and reports, and keep clients informed while contributing to management

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer (Solicitor, CILEx or BSB registered).
• Experience in regulatory investigations or similar proceedings is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Asess concerns and prepare a case plan for investigations.
• Assess risk and advise on interim orders where necessary.
• Oversee investigations, including interviewing witnesses and preparing statements.
• Prepare reports on investigation outcomes and potential actions.
• Keep clients informed and contribute to monthly management information.
