This largely home-based role allows for flexibility, with four days working from home and one day in the office. The ideal candidate will have some Court of Protection experience and strong legal drafting skills.

The position offers clear progression to Associate and Expert Witness status, with no client-facing pressures, focusing purely on technical drafting and legal opinions.

• Experience in Court of Protection to understand the context.

• Background as an Experienced COP Paralegal or Solicitor.
