You will help plan and execute Original Marketing Applications and post‑approval changes, learn regional procedures, and support cross‑functional forums to improve submission processes.

Qualifications

Currently studying at a UK university and seeking a 12-month student internship as part of your undergraduate degree.
Affinity for and ability to learn Regulatory Information Management systems to perform operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Support planning and management of regulatory operation projects from authorisation to delivery to country teams and Health Authorities.
Assist in regulatory submission planning for assigned projects/products and track related milestones.
Participate in cross-functional forums and meetings.
Assist in submission assembly and delivery with Global/Regional teams to ensure timely publishing and archiving.
Maintain regulatory systems and databases to fulfill daily functions.
Identify opportunities to improve submission processes and participate in small process improvement projects.
Learn regional regulatory procedures and internal/external guidelines and standards.
