Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Regulatory Operations Project Manager for the EMEA region. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Legal and Public Policy to operationalise evolving regulations and drive compliant product and process improvements.

You will partner with multiple teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps, own cross‑functional programs across time zones, and deliver high‑impact insights to executive leadership while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Experience spanning Operations, Management Consulting, Project/Programme Management or Regulatory Operations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance operations with UK exposure and willingness to expand in EMEA.
• Comfort working in evolving regulatory environments and translating rules into actions.
• Proven ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders toward a common plan.
• Data-driven problem solving; SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable owner for operationalising new and emerging regulations across major European markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Policy and Supply/Demand to translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Work with engineering to ensure products comply with local laws and reduce regulatory ambiguity.
• Establish operational rhythms and coordinate cross-functional projects across time zones.
• Deliver regular high-visibility insights to senior leadership and continuously improve compliance programs.
