Regulatory Lawyer - 1+ Years' Experience - London / Hybrid

Role Overview

As the appointed lawyer, you will:

1. Investigate reports by gathering and assessing evidence, preparing bundles, drafting allegations and charges, and liaising with barristers, witnesses, and key stakeholders throughout the regulatory process.
2. Play an active role in hearings, providing support to counsel during tribunals and High Court appeals.

Candidate Requirements

Applications are open to qualified solicitors, barristers, or legal executives with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in legal procedures and litigation, including substantial casework experience.
