Job summary

Thames Water Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Investigations Support to strengthen document control, records gathering and data consolidation for regulator submissions. The role supports transparency with regulators and customers while coordinating across business areas.

You will manage governance for investigations, draft responses, and maintain compliant processes to address regulator requests, with a 36-hour weekly pattern from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting compliance, regulatory, governance, audit or remediation activity within a regulated environment.
• Experience maintaining trackers, logs, records or documentation.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to produce reports and updates.
• Strong analytical skills to review information, spot issues and draw conclusions.
• Great attention to detail with ability to maintain audit trails and evidence.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Preserve materials related to regulatory investigations and create archiving system.
• Manage critical workstreams with milestones to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Review and refresh policies for consistent response to investigations.
• Draft timely responses to information requests across teams.
• Ensure regulatory submissions follow company processes and sign-off in a timely manner.
