Job summary

The Financial Conduct Authority offers a two-year Regulatory Graduate Programme that rotates across core teams, from Authorisations to Market Oversight. You'll gain exposure to financial regulation, build professional skills, and contribute to protecting consumers and maintaining market integrity.

You’ll complete two placements per year, with first rotations confirmed before you join, and a final rotation aligned to your strengths and the FCA’s priorities.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above in any discipline
• Must be eligible to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme
• Graduates or final-year students eligible for 2027 intake
